I would like to thank the team from Thiink for their great commitment to the sale of my commercial unit in Castle Hill. After inspecting the property, the Sales Associate from Thiink suggested that we de-clutter the whole unit and get a stylist in to make it look a lot better for the mum and dad investors. After some hesitation, I did as they asked. Thiink were my second agents, my first agents had the property for 4 months, a few nibbles, some tyre kickers and two who made offers but couldn’t get the finance – very frustrating and I couldn’t wait to end the contract with them.
Thiink had the unit sold 24 hours after it went back onto the market and almost $50k more than the best (failed) offer from the previous agent. We have owned the unit for approximately 11 years after designing it specifically around our business requirements at the time. Since the sale of our business and vacating the property, we have really struggled to find long term tenants over the last 8 years, predominately based on its office / warehouse ratio.
We were very familiar with the local agents in Norwest and frankly have always entrusted them to find us suitable tenants.
