Castle Towers Expansion Approved
Castle Towers Shopping Centre is set to become Australia’s second largest shopping centre in a proposed $911 million dollar redevelopment.
The owners, Queensland Investment Corporation are planning to expand an 80,000sqm additional to the existing retail hub.
The construction timeframe is yet to be revealed, however will be staged to minimise impact to the surrounding area.
Development will include 4 levels of retails space including a food court, restaurants, specialty stores and additional car parking.
Castle Towers is one of the best performing stores in the country with an annual turnover of $670 million.
