Desiree and I would like to thank Greg Langford for the excellent result that you obtained in selling our 1,600 sqm office /warehouse unit in the T1 building in Bella Vista.
We have owned the unit for approximately 11 years after designing it specifically around our business requirements at the time. Since the sale of our business and vacating the property, we have really struggled to find long term tenants over the last 8 years, predominately based on its office / warehouse ratio.
We were very familiar with the local agents in Norwest and frankly have always entrusted them to find us suitable tenants. Since the building last became vacant in April 2018 we continued to use multiple local agents to source us a replacement tenant. 9 months later and with increasing frustration an old neighbour recommended Thiink. We thought there was no harm in adding an additional agent to the mix.
Within a very short time we saw an increased level of genuine potential tenants through Thiink which was a breath of fresh air! However, when you came to us within 6 weeks with a record breaking offer for the area to purchase the building we were blown away!
We high balled you with a figure if we were to sell the unit and you delivered! We didn’t hesitate in accepting the offer, and on reflection we look back at engaging Thiink as the best thing we every did.
This is a tough market and achieving what you did was pretty amazing. We will gladly recommend Thiink to anyone considering leasing or selling their building. The interaction with you was highly professional and a pleasure. We wish you well for the future.
